Cold cream of raw vegetables: 300 g (cooked) of boiled vegetables (zucchini, spinach, carrots, fennel ...) seasoned with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and possibly sodium salt. 2 glasses of alkaline mineral water. Optional: 120 g of cooked lean meat without fat (steamed, grilled, burned ...), or 150 fish or seafood cooked without fat (steamed, boiled, baked, poached) or 80 g cottage cheese or tofu.
