Also called muscle building activity aimed at hypertrophying the muscle (its difference with bodybuilding lies in that it does not require poses as the goal of muscle work).

IT is a sporting activity other than weightlifting, athletics or power lifting. In some countries it is not recognized as a competitive sport.
